Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active or eligible New York State licensure (LMHC or LMFT).
• Active or eligible for Diagnostic Privilege.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, or play therapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Compassionate, culturally competent, and trauma-informed approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services to children and adolescents using evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school systems to support clients' overall well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing clinical supervision.
• Build a safe, trusting therapeutic environment that supports youth mental health and development.
