Job summary

Espree LLC is seeking an independently licensed therapist to provide evidence-based therapies for children and adolescents and their families. The role involves collaboration with a multispecialty team of psychologists and clinicians, with mentoring and CE support.

Qualifications

  • Independent licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or psychologist.
  • Experience working with children and families and related modalities is preferred.
  • Comfort with data-based decision-making and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapies.
  • Hybrid remote/in-office work based on client and team needs.
  • Afternoon shift (3-6pm) with flexible remaining hours.
  • Schedule includes 5-10% administrative tasks and 15-25% note-writing.
  • Opportunity to transition to full-time as needed.
  • Supervise other clinicians as assigned.
  • Credentialing support with CAQH, insurance plans, AHCCCS credentials.

LPC/LMFT/LCSW/Licensed Psychologist

The job candidate should be comfortable working with children and their families on issues such as relationship building, anxiety, mood and depression, self-regulation, and parenting skills using modalities such as ACT, CBT, SPACE, and PCIT. Development of competence in other evidence-based therapies will be supported as well.

We are seeking an independently licensed therapist to provide evidence-based therapies for children and adolescents.The therapist will work collaboratively with psychologists, behavior analysts, and other clinicians.

Mentoring and continuing education provided but no formal supervision available, must be independently licensed.

  • Referral management
  • Scheduling
  • Co-pay/deductible collection

Support with treatment planning is available from the multispecialty team.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, compassionate, conscientious, and comfortable with data-based decision-making.
