The position is part of the Social Service Department, reporting to the Residential Treatment Coordinator and Chief of Clinical Services. The candidate should hold a Master’s in Social Work, Missouri LMSW/LCSW or commit to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited university.
• Missouri licensure (LMSW or LCSW) or plan to pursue licensure during employment.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as DBT and CBT; trauma-focused approaches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for children and adolescents (ages 6–18) admitted for mental health conditions and trauma.
• Deliver case management and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support treatment goals.
• Support operations in inpatient and residential programs with a flexible schedule (8:00–16:30, Monday–Friday; possible evening sessions).
