Midwest Center for Youth & Families in Kouts, IN seeks a FULL TIME Clinical/Medical Director to lead medical services for adolescents in a residential treatment setting. This role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative, with a strong emphasis on on-site service to youth 12–18 across gendered units.

Ideal candidates hold an IN medical license (or be able to obtain one) and Board Certification in General or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.

• IN Medical License, or ability to obtain.
• Board Certified in General or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Prior Medical Director experience not required.
