The Department of Psychiatry at Penn State Health and the Penn State College of Medicine is seeking physician or PhD applicants for an open-rank faculty position within the Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. The level of faculty appointment and salary will be commensurate with experience and training.

The position offers a mix of protected research time along with clinical opportunities aligned to the candidate’s expertise.

Qualifications

• PhD in clinical psychology or related field required.
• Adult and child psychology research experience preferred.
• Proven track record of publishing in peer‑reviewed journals.

Responsibilities

• Engage in research and clinical activities in child and adolescent psychiatry.
• Contribute to teaching across internships, residency, and fellowships.
• Develop and apply empirically supported assessments and treatments for children and adolescents.
