The role supports Behavioral Health therapists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and primary care providers. Qualifications

• Indiana physician license required.
• DEA registration required.
• State CSR license to prescribe controlled substances preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ABPN board certification or eligibility required.
• Buprenorphine waiver preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary psychiatric care for CAPS and Maple City patients.
• Provides clinical leadership for Behavioral Health team.
• Serves as liaison between medical and behavioral care providers.
• Supports group therapy for substance use disordered patients when applicable.
• Utilizes EMR in patient care.
• Utilizes multiple resources for staff communication.
