Job summary

LocumTenens.com seeks a child and adolescent psychiatrist to provide full-time inpatient and residential psychiatric care for a pediatric population.

The role includes conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, prescribing and managing medications, and participating in a multidisciplinary team.

On-site day shift, with call and weekend coverage; ASAP start; active state license required; board certification negotiable.

Qualifications

• Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is preferred.
• Active state medical license required.
• Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time inpatient and residential psychiatric care for children and adolescents.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing medication management within a multidisciplinary team.
• Call and weekend coverage as part of assignment.
