Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a child and adolescent psychiatrist in Virginia to join a growing national behavioral health practice. The role emphasizes outpatient care with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekend obligations.

Qualified physicians must hold an MD or DO, be board-eligible or -certified, and be fully licensed in Virginia with an unencumbered DEA. Significant compensation potential includes sign-on bonuses and uncapped earnings based on productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support patient care and ensure high-quality outcomes.
