Job summary
Endeavor Health Careers seeks a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our Deerfield/Chicago team. The physician will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat pediatric mental health conditions, and collaborate with psychologists, nurses, and social workers to ensure coordinated care.
The role requires an MD/DO, fellowship in child psychiatry, DEA license, and board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry.
Qualifications
- MD or DO required.
- Fellowship in Child Psychiatry required.
- DEA license required.
- Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based evaluation and medication management for pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families and provide resources for coping and self-management.
- Stay informed about advances in psychiatric care through ongoing professional development.
