Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or equivalent for PA with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• DEA license preferred and minor patient care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute intake and follow-up psychiatric medication management.
• Conduct risk assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Coordinate care with therapy and coaching services within Lyra network.
