Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. seeks a licensed Child and Adolescent Psychologist to function as a Clinical Psychologist under supervision at the Debra Simon Center.

You will diagnose and treat behavioral health disorders, participate in outpatient care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote overall wellness. The role includes supervising psychology trainees and contributing to psychology training programs, with opportunities for professional growth within HUMC's wellness

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from APA-accredited program in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Completion of APA-approved internship in Adult Clinical and/or Pediatric Psychology.
• Proficient in evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT).
• Minimum 5 years of related clinical experience with mental health and work-related issues.
• Experience in clinical training and supervision of trainees.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat behavioral health disorders independently within outpatient care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize whole-person health.
• Train and supervise psychology trainees and medical students.
• Contribute to development of psychology externship, internship, and post-doctoral programs.
