Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social science field as defined by the program requirements.
• At least two years of direct service experience with children/adolescents in mental health.
• Knowledge of community resources and health/social service systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessment and case management for children and youth.
• Assess using diagnostic tools appropriate for the client population.
• Develop treatment plans aligning with client and family goals.
• Follow through with tasks and interventions identified by the team.
• Coordinate service provision among clients and stakeholders.
• Seek supervision or training for challenging cases.
• Maintain clear timely communications with all parties.
• Meet with clients/families within program timeframes.
