Job summary

ETS Pediatric in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a Child Abuse Pediatrician for a full-time, permanent role. The position includes inpatient and outpatient practice with no night calls, a competitive starting salary negotiable by experience, and opportunities for research.

H1B sponsorship is available; relocation is provided. Candidates should be MD/DO, board certified or eligible, and have completed pediatric residency with a child abuse fellowship.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric care for suspected/confirmed child abuse.
• Participate in SCAN/inpatient consults and coordination of care.
• Contribute to research opportunities and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Job Duties

• Types of Patients Include Neglect, Physical/Sexual Abuse, Medical Abuse, Drug Endangerment, Witnessed Violence


• Focus on Comprehensive Medical Evaluation


• SCAN Consults (Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect) –Inpatient Consults are provided 7 Days a Week to Anyone in the Hospital


• In-Patient Coverage is Shared Between All Providers (1:5)

Requirements of the Child Abuse Pediatrician
