Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA) preferred for advanced leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop client service mindset with clear operating roles and goals.
• Oversee client service across US Markets and wealth segments.
• Lead talent acquisition, training, coaching, and development for Wealth Advisors.
• Shape strategy, staffing models, and go-to-market plans to grow business and profitability.
• Represent the division in meetings, industry events and regulatory interactions.
