Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in estate and trust law, preferably in a legal or wealth management setting.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Confident self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all trust operations and related activities.
• Review new fiduciary accounts and related trust instruments.
• Prepare Investment Policy Statements and monitor compliance.
• Serve as an estate planning advisor to clients and prospects.

Skills

Direct experience in estate and trust law

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential matters

Pro-active and motivated

Education

Law degree, LLM in tax or CFP preferred
