Job summary

Codazen, a technology consultancy, is hiring a CTO to set our technology direction, stay close to the work, and be the technical advisor clients genuinely want in the room. It’s a player-coach role—roughly 80% vision, client advisory, and product ownership, with up to 20% hands-on building inside Harmonica, our multi-agent service delivery platform.

You'll lead AI strategy across service offerings and client work, while shaping a roadmap the business can actually use.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or client services with a client-first approach.
• Proven track record with mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Deep expertise in data architecture, data strategy, and applied AI.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set technology strategy across services and Harmonica platform.
• Advise client-facing teams and top clients on technical direction.
• Own the Harmonica roadmap and stay hands-on ~20% of time.
