Job summary
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead technology strategy, architecture, cybersecurity, and the international hosting landscape for Keka Technologies Private Limited. Qualifications
- 15+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience.
- Previous CTO or senior technology leader experience in small to mid-sized software product companies.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, architecture, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with AI and emerging technologies is preferred.
- Experience with B2B enterprise software is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and product plans.
- Oversee architecture, APIs, databases, and hosting infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
- Lead cloud, hosting, security, and disaster recovery planning and cost optimization.
- Establish cybersecurity roadmap and risk management across systems and data.
- Drive AI initiatives and evaluate tools for software development and analytics.
- Mentor senior technical leaders and drive delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
