- Provide enterprise operations leadership across FSMB’s operations, service portfolio, assessment programs, technology and innovation functions.
- Drive operational excellence, alignment, and continuous improvement with partners and boards.
- Translate strategy into execution, fostering collaboration and trusted relationships across leadership, staff, and external partners.
