Job summary

iTalent PLUS seeks an experienced Head of SEO to own and drive the company’s SEO strategy across multiple markets, ensuring sustainable organic growth and high-impact execution. You will lead the SEO department, guiding three SEO Managers and a wider team, with clear priorities, KPIs and resource planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of senior SEO leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing SEO teams across markets.
• Expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, content, keyword research, link building and digital PR.
• Proven record of delivering organic growth via SEO strategies.
• Strong understanding of AI and generative search.
• Hands-on with GA, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience managing across multiple websites and international environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s SEO strategy across all markets and websites.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, targets and KPIs with ownership.
• Lead the SEO department and develop the three SEO Managers.
• Oversee performance, planning, recruitment and training.
• Develop SEO processes, standards and best practices.

• Stay up to date with search algorithms and AI developments.
• Collaborate with product and content teams on SEO integrations.
