Job summary

Theisen's is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to serve as the operational leader connecting strategy to execution across the organization, reporting to the CEO and partnering with leaders across Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, Distribution, IT, and People.

Initially, this role will lead Marketing and Merchandising while working with EOS Integrator practices to standardize processes, drive alignment, and scale the business. The position requires relocation to Dubuque, IA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across sales, marketing, and/or merchandising, ideally with direct P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated track record of building or improving systems, processes, or data infrastructure in a growing organization.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor leaders rather than only direct their output.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and maintain strategic focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue strategy and performance across channels in partnership with CEO and executive team.
• Direct leadership of Marketing and Merchandising with full P&L accountability.
• Strengthen and standardize key business processes across the organization.
• Ensure operating procedures, planning disciplines, and accountability systems are followed.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and reduce silos to own company priorities.
• Lead the EOS operating rhythm with Rocks, scorecards, meetings, and measurable results.
• Create disciplined execution culture with clear expectations and visible progress.
