Job summary

PurposeCare seeks a Vice President of Quality & Compliance to lead enterprise quality, regulatory compliance, and risk across multiple states. You will partner with the CEO, executive team, and Board to shape systems, processes, and a scalable quality infrastructure that supports rapid growth.

Ideal candidates bring RN licensure, 5+ years in Home Health leadership, and a track record managing CMS, JCAHO, and payer audits while building strong teams and improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum 5 years in Home Health leadership with QA, OASIS, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of CMS CoP, PDGM, Medicare/Medicaid rules, Joint Commission standards.
• Experience leading enterprise compliance programs in multi-site healthcare.
• Proven track record managing surveys, corrective actions, and payer audits.
• Experience with OASIS, QA, auditing, EMR systems and analytics.
• Experience in high-growth or PE-backed healthcare is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise quality and compliance across Home Health and Home Care.
• Partner with CEO and Board on compliance initiatives and performance.
• Chair quarterly Compliance Committee; report enterprise quality data.
• Set strategic compliance priorities and oversee operations.
• Oversee internal clinical compliance audits across multiple agencies.
• Lead corrective action planning and timely resolutions.
• Monitor CMS regulations, accreditation standards, and payer requirements.
• Provide executive oversight for enterprise QAPI initiatives.
• Develop teams and leaders; mentor compliance professionals.
