Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Current, full, and unrestricted medical license.
• Completion of residency in an accredited core specialty.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Addiction Medicine Fellowship or Addiction Board Certification.
• Preferred minimum of 5 years of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary care team delivering evidence-based SUD care for Veterans.
• Oversee clinical practice, program administration, and teaching.
• Supervise resources for SUD/OTP sections across GLA sites.
• Deliver psychiatric evaluations and treatments, including MAT.
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and nursing staff.
• Supervise psychiatry trainees and contribute to residency/fellowship programs.
