Job summary

CF Industries in the United States is seeking an engineering leader to head the Project Engineering team, provide technical leadership on capital projects, and drive safer, more reliable operations across the site. Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience developing, estimating, and executing capital projects greater than $5 million.
• Experience leading projects from scope development through execution.
• Led engineers or has strong technical background in fertilizer manufacturing.
• Knowledge to lead multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and complex project work.
• Experience in a nitrogen fertilizer plant, chemical manufacturing facility, refinery, or similar industrial environment.
• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree preferred; PMP designation asset.

• Lead a team of Project Engineers and oversee project engineering activities.
• Provide technical support and expertise on all capital projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors to execute complex projects across the site.

Job Summary

You will report directly to the Engineering Manager and lead a team of Project Engineers. You will oversee project engineering activities and guide the project engineering group. Your role includes providing technical support and expertise on all capital projects. Your contributions will address immediate needs while balancing long-term priorities, fostering ownership, and creating enthusiasm for the vision, goals, and necessary business changes. This is a safety-sensitive position.

• Lead and develop the Project Engineering team.
