Job summary

PrivateEquityCXO is seeking a Chief Product Officer for a B2B GovTech platform backed by private equity. The role is focused on transforming the product organization, scaling the portfolio, and aligning product strategy with the investment thesis to achieve 4-5 year growth goals.

The candidate will lead product strategy across multiple lines, engage a distributed organization and customers, and drive voice-of-customer insight into actionable product improvements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive product leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
• GovTech/public sector experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to scale organizations from early-stage to mature operating model.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy across multiple product lines.
• Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to translate voice of the customer into product improvements.
• Drive scale through organic and inorganic growth within a PE-backed portfolio.
