Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a senior procurement leader to manage all aspects of inventory procurement, vendor negotiations, and department leadership. You will report to the President and guide expenses, revenue, and compliance while driving strategic initiatives.

You will oversee marketing support, product portfolios, and key accounts, advancing profitability through strong supplier programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading procurement teams and staff development.
• Strong vendor negotiation, supplier program management, and pricing strategy.
• Expertise in inventory planning, freight management, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate department staff.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and negotiate supplier pricing.
• Serve as primary contact for accounts and suppliers with high fulfillment standards.
• Refine procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee internal logistics and merchandising teams as applicable.
• Direct marketing functions, trade shows, campaigns, and promotions.
• Lead strategic bid analyses and cross-functional growth initiatives.
