Job summary

OSTTRA Group seeks a Head of Procurement to lead enterprise procurement and strategic sourcing across major spend categories. You will negotiate large vendor agreements, manage third-party risk, and partner with Legal, IT, Risk, and Finance to optimize contracts and supplier performance.

The role requires building governance, driving cost optimization, and delivering measurable savings while aligning procurement with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or related finance roles.
• Experience leading procurement in financial services or asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise procurement and strategic sourcing strategy aligned with objectives.
• Negotiate significant vendor agreements and renewals with cross-functional teams.
• Manage third-party risk, due diligence, and supplier performance standards.
• Develop and monitor procurement governance, controls, and reporting.
• Partner with Legal, IT, Risk, Finance and business leaders on contracts.
• Drive cost optimization, spend visibility, and savings realization.
