Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of clinical experience; thoracic/surgical experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of the Thoracic Surgery PA team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operations for continuous coverage.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Oversee payroll, budgeting, and resource management.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and administration.
• Ensure high-quality patient-centered clinical care across settings.
• Develop protocols, pathways, and PA orientation programs.
• Support quality improvement, audits, and accreditation readiness.
