Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFRE or fundraising credential valued.
• Experience in advancement, development, fundraising, or comparable relationship-driven work; Catholic school context preferred.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to articulate the school's mission and the dignity of its students to inspire giving.
• Discretion, integrity, and the relational warmth that donors trust.

Responsibilities

• Owns annual giving and the annual fund to support operations and tuition assistance.
• Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards major gifts; leads capital initiatives as needed.
• Builds and sustains alumni relations as a community connected to the school's mission.
• Ensures donor stewardship and communicates impact of giving.
• pursues grants and foundation funding aligned with the school's mission.
• Designs events to raise visibility and donor engagement (galas, reunions, parish appearances).
• Collaborates with Head of School to prepare the Head for donor conversations and optimize time with key relationships.
