Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Pharmacist license and controlled substances licensure required.
• Minimum of two years in pharmacy operations with retail/clinical experience (IV therapy).
• Five years of management directing pharmacy operations and program expansion.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a comprehensive Pharmacy Services program across McLaren Health Care sites.
• Develop strategic plans, budgets, and revenue growth for pharmacy operations.
• Coordinate with leaders to implement program development and policy procedures.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and billing compliance and manage staff performance.
