Job summary

Momofuku seeks a strategic VP of People and Culture to define and execute the People strategy across corporate and multi-unit restaurant operations. You will advise the COO and leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development, driving scalable programs and inclusive culture.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, succession, and performance management while leveraging data to improve retention and business outcomes across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or HR certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience; hospitality/restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading full employee life cycle: talent acquisition, development, performance, compensation, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to COO and executive team on organizational, talent, culture, and people-related matters.
• Develop and execute an integrated People strategy aligned with business priorities across corporate and restaurant operations.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy to support growth, seasonal staffing, expansion markets, and openings.
• Lead, coach, and develop the People and Culture team; establish accountability and service standards.
• Own talent acquisition strategies for corporate and restaurant roles; partner with leaders on staffing and recruitment.
