Job summary

<p>Metrea is seeking a Director of Operations based in Tampa, Florida, to lead Part 135 flight operations while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations. In this leadership position, you will exercise operational control and guide strategic decisions in collaboration with company leadership.</p><p>Ideal candidates will have strong operational leadership experience, FAA qualifications, and the ability to drive compliance and crew readiness. Qualifications

• FAA qualifications to serve as Director of Operations under 14 CFR 119.71.
• Previous operational leadership experience within a Part 121 or Part 135 environment.
• Experience leading flight operations and regulatory compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of Part 91 and Part 135 operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Exercise operational control over all Part 135 flight operations.
• Lead the operational execution and regulatory compliance of the Part 135 certificate.
• Oversee flight crew qualification and operational readiness.
• Maintain compliance with applicable FARs and ICAO requirements.
