Job summary

Qualifications

• Four year college degree in recreation or related field; four years of related professional experience including supervisory experience.
• Master’s Degree in landscape architecture, urban planning, natural resources, or related field; CPRA/CPRE or similar certifications preferred.
• Candidates should demonstrate data-informed decision making, leadership, and ability to manage complex park maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear maintenance standards and daily operational expectations for park maintenance crews, supervisors, and managers.
• Oversee park maintenance across districts, fleets, inventories, and facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality service.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs, SOPs, asset management, and performance dashboards to guide operations.
