Job summary

You will guide strategy, budgets, and development plans, collaborate with regional directors and market managers, and ensure regulatory adherence while improving care quality and financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• Five to eight years of physician practice management or healthcare management experience.
• Experience managing multiple physician practices across a wide geographic area.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare comprehensive reports and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for all physician operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead volume growth initiatives and monitor financial targets for each practice.
• Prepare and participate in MORs and other performance reports.
• Implement quality initiatives and collaborate with sales/marketing to drive growth.
• Draft physician employment contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement physician development plans and succession strategies.
• Work with recruiting, liaisons, and operations to place physicians in practices.
