The San Diego LGBTQ Community Center seeks a strategic Chief Administrative Officer to partner with the CEO and Board on vision, planning, and executive priorities. The CAO will lead real estate, facilities, and organizational strategy across Center sites, while guiding governance, fundraising collaboration, and senior-team operations.

Reporting to the Deputy CEO, this role is primarily onsite, requires strong project management, discretion, and cross‑functional leadership to advance the

Competenze

• 7+ years of leadership experience with senior teams and boards.
• Experience working with Board of Directors and governance processes.
• PMP, real estate development certificate, or nonprofit management credential is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Lead space expansion and long-term real estate planning across multiple sites.
• Partner with CEO, Deputy CEO, and Board on vision and priorities.
• Direct executive priorities, board reporting, and cross‑department projects.
• Oversee Facilities and ensure compliant, safe operations.
