Master’s Degree and seven (7) years of experience in Administrative Leadership in a healthcare setting.

Must be able to effectively communicate with various groups and stakeholders ranging from: frontline staff, physicians, chairs, administrative leaders, and external governmental entities. Champion of organization effectiveness, quality and safety, and collaboration. Must have strong business and financial acumen to meet performance objectives and budget.
