Job summary

Western AgCredit seeks a SVP – Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic leadership across Appraisal, Loan Documentation, and Human Resources, while directly guiding the CSS-Team Lead. You will supervise loan documentation, collateral custody, disclosures, and reporting, ensuring compliance and effective operations for the Association.

The role also directs the Appraisal Department and HR programs, including compensation, benefits, training, and perf ormance management, and oversees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide strategy and cross-functional decision-making.
• Preference for agricultural finance and Farm Credit regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Appraisal, Loan Documentation, and HR departments.
• Direct management of CSS-Team Lead and Branch Credit Support Specialists.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal controls.
