Key Responsibilities

• Operational Efficiency & Scale: Audit, refine, and streamline end-to-end workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, boost output, and maximize profitability.
• KPI Implementation & Enforcement: Establish clear performance tracking systems; build, roll out, and rigorously enforce key operational metrics and accountability across all operational divisions.
• Strategic Succession Planning: Identify and develop internal leadership, building clear talent pipelines and succession frameworks to ensure long-term operational continuity.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with executive leadership to convert strategic goals into clear operating roadmaps, capital allocation, and performance outcomes.
• Risk Management & Decision-Making: Proactively identify operational risks, resolve barriers quickly, and maintain a disciplined operating rhythm across teams.
