Job summary

ActAI is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to own group-wide operations and ensure priorities translate into clear ownership, measurable outcomes and rapid execution. The role spans multiple markets and business units within ActAI.

You will turn priorities into targets, run reviews, and solve cross-functional challenges across product, technology, operations, people, and commercial teams, while building scalable processes.

• Track record building and scaling operations in tech, startup, or high-growth contexts.
• Experience owning company-wide, multi-market execution.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and operating models.
• Ability to identify why a team or business is underperforming and implement fixes.

About the Role

The COO will own group-wide operations and execution across ActAI businesses, functions and markets. The role is responsible for making sure priorities translate into clear ownership, measurable outcomes and fast execution.

What you will be doing

• Turn group priorities into targets, owners, timelines and operating plans.
• Run operating reviews and identify businesses, teams or projects that are behind plan.
• Solve cross-functional problems across product, technology, operations, people and commercial teams.
• Build processes for planning, performance management, accountability and resource allocation.
• Lead the operating setup of new businesses, markets and teams.
• Improve organisational structures and processes that slow execution.
• Step directly into critical projects when execution or ownership is weak.

What you will need

• Strong track record building and scaling operations in a technology company, startup or high-growth business.
• Experience owning company-wide, multi-market or multi-business execution.
