This role oversees manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain, shaping priorities, improving productivity, and guiding continuous improvement. You will develop leaders, foster collaboration, and ensure the company scales effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, or related field.
  • Senior leadership experience overseeing multiple functions and teams.
  • Strong business acumen; ability to connect strategy to execution.
  • Proven track record developing leaders and creating accountability.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement and operational change.
  • Medical device manufacturing or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience with quality management systems and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to translate strategy into action.
  • Set operational priorities and create accountability across the organization.
  • Lead and develop a team of Directors; build a cohesive leadership group.
  • Unify functions to operate as one organization across departments.
  • Oversee manufacturing and operations through Directors; drive performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, processes, and systems.
  • Use data and metrics to identify problems and drive results.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Build infrastructure, processes, and capabilities to support growth.
  • Evaluate organizational structure, staffing, facilities, equipment, technology, and capacity needs.
  • Identify operational risks and develop strategies to keep the business moving forward.
  • Lead strategic projects spanning multiple departments.
  • Provide executive oversight across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, Purchasing & Supply Chain, Warehousing & Inventory.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Big Picture

  • Warehousing & Inventory – maintaining effective inventory, material flow, and fulfillment operations.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on leader who can see the big picture and understands what it takes to make things happen.

You bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, or a related field.
  • Senior leadership experience with responsibility for multiple functions and teams.

  • Medical device manufacturing or other regulated manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with quality management systems and medical device regulatory requirements is preferred.
