Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a physician-led healthcare system in Montana in the search for a BE/BC Vascular Surgeon. The role involves joining an existing vascular surgeon in a program development track and a potential Chief of Vascular leadership position after 3–5 years.

Candidate should have endovascular, vascular trauma, and open vascular case experience. Schedule is 4 days/week with 2–3 cases daily and 15–20 clinic patients.

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in vascular surgery.
• Experience in endovascular, open vascular, and vascular trauma procedures.
• Leadership potential or prior leadership roles (e.g., Chief of Vascular) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive vascular surgical care including endovascular and open procedures.
• Collaborate with Interventional Radiology and Interventional Cardiology teams.
• Participate in program development and leadership activities.
