EAB is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President for Seramount to act as a strategic partner, organizational integrator, and execution leader. You will translate leadership direction into coordinated actions, align cross-functional priorities, and support executive communications and change initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of post-graduate experience in strategy or operations.
• Experience working with a senior executive or C-suite.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the President, providing context, analysis, perspective and counsel on priorities.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans with milestones, ownership and success measures.
• Design operating rhythms and facilitate leadership meetings, reviews and company-wide forums.
• Draft executive communications and develop stakeholder engagement plans for major changes.
• Identify opportunities to adopt AI across the organization and translate them into practical workflows.
