Job summary

Google is seeking a Chief of Staff for YouTube to drive strategy, operations, and analytics across teams. You will partner with senior leaders, ensuring execution aligns with the company mission and strategic priorities while coordinating across Product, Engineering, UX, and Data Science.

You will influence executives, manage cross-functional programs, and help scale high-impact initiatives through clear communication and thoughtful project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
• Experience with consumer product strategy and operations, leading projects with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, UX, Data Science).

Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of the outlook, strategy, and operations for YouTube, in partnership with the VP of Product and Engineering.
• Partner with YouTube Leads to ensure that the organization is operating smoothly and structurally aligned with the overall mission.
• Develop key communications across all levels of the organization, including to SVP/VP, at all hands, offsites, and leadership summits.
• Act as a proxy for VP of product when needed, using judgment and discretion to drive decision-making.
