Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Ability to synthesize complex topics into executive-ready recommendations, narratives, and communications.
• Proven track record driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with accountability and follow-through.
• Knowledge of crypto or demonstrated enthusiasm for the space.
• Experience using generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the CHRO's operating cadence by managing weekly and quarterly leadership meetings, agendas, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and engage on behalf of the CHRO, acting as stand-in in key meetings and decisions.
• Develop compelling content and narratives including decks, emails, social posts, and speaking materials.
• Identify and resolve issues early, turning ambiguity into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
• Represent the CHRO's interests across the organization, aligning and advancing People priorities with stakeholders.
