The Chief of Staff at Trulioo anchors strategic alignment and operational excellence, partnering with the CEO to translate priorities into decisive action across the organization. You’ll lead executive cadence, board prep, and cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on AI adoption and scalable processes.

You’ll operate in a hybrid environment with flexible remote options, guiding leadership, enabling fast decisions, and shaping the company’s path as we expand digital identity governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, project management, or business operations.
• Proven experience supporting C-level executives or founders in similar roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for complex situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for high-impact executive briefs.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Set and sustain the operating rhythm with executive meetings, business reviews, board meetings, and offsites.
• Own the OKR process end-to-end and report actuals to leadership.
• Prepare the CEO for high-stakes moments with board materials and executive briefings.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, including AI tool pilots to streamline processes.
• Extend the CEO's reach through communications for town halls and updates.
• Be a candid thought partner to help prioritize decisions.
• Champion AI adoption across the executive team and build AI habits.
