The Chief of Staff, Advanced Compute Solutions, serves as the strategic right hand to the Sr Vice President and Division President—translating vision into an integrated operating plan and leading cross‑functional project and program management to drive growth across the business’ full portfolio. This role owns the business cadence, ensures the accuracy and insightfulness of reporting and executive deliverables. As a trusted advisor and confidant to the Sr VP, the Chief of Staff provides thought leadership, governance, and issue/risk management; aligns KPIs and budgets; establishes mechanisms for accountability and decision‑making; and represents the Sr VP when needed to advance priorities, strengthen partner experience, and enable strong commercial performance.

Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy.

$166,050 to $265,700 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
