EJam is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to design and run the operating rhythm across the company. You will drive how planning, decisions, and follow-through happen between leadership, brands, and departments in a fast-growth consumer products environment.
You will collaborate with growth and marketing teams to align on priorities, build governance, and enable senior leaders to deliver against company goals with disciplined execution.
eJam is a consumer products company that has built, scaled, and exited multiple brands. Our portfolio includes category leaders ranked at the top of Amazon, carried in major retailers nationwide, and sold across DTC, marketplaces, and every channel in between. We operate like a holding company with the speed of a startup: small teams with real ownership and accountability.

eJam has grown faster than its management layer. We have strong brand leaders and specialists, more than 100 people across more than a dozen countries, and 12 open seats. What we do not yet have is one operating rhythm that connects the executive team to each brand and each department. The Chief of Staff builds that rhythm and runs it.
This is an operator's role, not an advisory one. You will own how eJam plans, meets, decides, documents and follows through, and you will spend your first 90 days inside the growth and marketing teams, where the handoffs between creative, media buying, conversion, retention and marketplace need the most work. You do not own a P&L. You make sure the people who do own one deliver what they committed to.
Ejam is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where all team members feel valued and respected. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws. We believe diversity drives innovation and strengthens our ability to serve our customers. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment based on merit, qualifications, and business needs.
