Qualifications

• 1–3 years in consulting (MBB preferred), finance, or a high-growth startup.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• Extremely agentic and disciplined - you find and solve problems without waiting for direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications, contract negotiations, and legal coordination on behalf of the founders
• Drive compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC2) and keep evidence and processes on track
• Conduct market research, write strategic documents, and support sales outreach
• Represent the company at conferences and with external partners
• Proactively spot bottlenecks and unblock the team across ops, finance, and business development
