Forgepoint seeks a Chief of Staff to act as a force-multiplier for the founders, driving priorities into actionable plans and high-leverage initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional work across GTM, product, deployments, and operations with a focus on clarity and urgency.

This role requires exceptional judgment, a data-driven approach, and the ability to own outcomes end-to-end while working in person in New York City five days a week.

This is not a calendar-management or administrative role.
