This position serves as the Chief of Staff for the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) andis responsible for the policy, fiscal, personnel and operational decisions for the agency. Employee is responsible for establishing priorities, determining resource requirements, developing action and/or implementation plans, and establishing short or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them.Employee serves as part of the agency executive management team and reports directly to the Commissioner.
The salary for this position traditionally starts at$120,016.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.
