Cheshire Medical Center, located in Keene, NH, part of the Dartmouth Health system, seeks its next Chief of Pediatrics. The role oversees outpatient pediatric clinic operations and the Inpatient Newborn Nursery, at 0.9 FTE clinical and 0.1 FTE administrative time, leading eight providers.

The candidate will mentor physicians and APPs, manage personnel matters, and share responsibility for fiscal and operational performance within a collaborative health system.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of practice in pediatrics.
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated leadership experience.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics; NRP Certification; NH medical licensure.

Mansioni

• Oversee clinical and administrative functions of the outpatient pediatric clinic and newborn nursery.
• Provide leadership for a staff of 8 including physicians and advance practice providers.
• Manage 24/7 call duties with delivery and nursery coverage and neonatal resuscitation responsibilities.
• Mentor pediatric providers and share accountability for fiscal and operational performance.
